Dickerson Mortuary announces the passing of Ms. Addie Mae Murray 83, of Ravenel, SC who transitioned on Thursday, May 28, 2026. 

The family of Mrs. Addie Murray invite you attend her celebration of life on Thursday, June 4, 2026 11:00AM at Shiloh Baptist Church 5629 Parkers Ferry Rd. Adams Run, SC.  Interment: Nazareth Holiness Church Cemetery.

Viewing for Mrs. Murray will be on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC.  

She leaves to mourn her husband Joseph L Murray, her children, Marcella Murray of Columbia, SC, Fitzgerald Murray of Ravenel, SC, General Murray of Charleston, SC and Addie Renae Murray of North Charleston, SC and some very special granddaughters Ada, Jasmine, Destiny (booga), and Kayla. Three sisters, Lucille McRight (Ruffin, SC), Rebecca Smith, (NC), and Margaret Robinson (James), Summerville, SC, and a sister-in-law Rosa Lee Jones and a host of nieces, nephews, grands, great grands, relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death are her son Joseph Allend Murray, her siblings Dorothy Hardwick, Maria Glover, John Jones, Edward Jones, Luther Jones, Mark Jones, Matthew Jones, David Jones, Jerry Jones and General Lee Jones.
