Duggins, Sr. and Mrs. Izetta Rowland (Willie); his siblings, Mrs. LaQuinta Washington (Ramon), Ms. Jacquetta Ricks and Ms. Rose Ann Snider; his grandparents, Mr. Gordon and Mrs. Inez Simpson; his aunts and uncles, Mrs. Gwendelle McCulough (Johnnie), Ms. Sandra Simpson, Mrs. Eleanor Weiters (Bernard), Ms. Machelle Metts, Mr. Gordon Simpson, Jr. (Judy), and Mr. Denva Simpson (Gail); and a host of other relatives and friends.
