Ms. Mazyck is the mother of Mr. Jonathan Mazyck; the grandmother of Jamya and Jonae Mazyck; the daughter of Mrs. Mary F. Mazyck and the late Mr. Chris Mazyck; the sister of Mr. Joseph S. Mazyck, Ms. Elizabeth Mazyck, Ms. Illetha Mazyck and the late Mr. James Leon; and the niece of Ms. Marie Waring.

Ms. Mazyck was 61 years old.
