 The family of Mr. David L. Gadsden "Bobby" announces his celebration of life services which will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 1:00PM at St. Matthews Baptist Church 2005 Reynolds Ave. North Charleston, SC. Interment: Carolina Memorial Park.
   Mr. Gadsden was proceeded in death by his sister, Mary Lee Gadsden. He is survived by his devoted wife Mrs. Phyllis Sheppard-Gadsden; three children, Mr. Marlo D. Gadsden (Chanda), Mrs. Twianita Gregg (Carlo), and Ms. Megan Sheppard; his grandchildren, Brittney Coaxum, Devonte Gadsden, Shelby Macquire, Noyim Gadsden, Jaquavis Brooks, Doviona Truesdale, Kania Dawkins, and Xavier Brooks; four great-grandchildren; special grandnephews; Carlos "CJ" Gilliard, Jr and Tyrese Gilliard; a godson, Carlos Gilliard (Shontia); his siblings, Sam Gadsden (Constance), Henry Gadsden, Rev. Mack A. Gadsden (Hilda), Ronnie Gadsden (Annette), Alan Gadsden (Josette), Rebecca Shirley Gadsden and Betty Maxey (Jake); his mother-in-law, Ms. Naomi Sheppard; a host of nieces, nephews, sisters & brothers-in-law; other relatives and friends.
   Viewing along with a Musical Celebration for Mr. Gadsden will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at New Hope Baptist Church 2900 Appleton Ave. North Charleston, SC. from 6:00pm-8:00pm.
