The relatives and friends of Deacon Charles Bernard James, Sr. invite you to join with them as they celebrate the life of their loved one on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, 11:00 AM at Emanuel Baptist Church 106 Boone Street Summerville, SC. Interment: Hillcrest Cemetery.
Deacon James is survived by his children, Mr. Derrick Sweeney, Mr. Charles James, Jr., Ms. Eartha James, Mr. Timothy James, and Ms. Joi James; his sister, Ms. Daphne Gaters; his goddaughter, Ms. Tasha Simmons; grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing for Deacon James will be on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Emanuel Baptist Church. The family will be receiving friends from 7:00-8:00 PM. Viewing will also be on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 from 10:00 AM-until the time of service. There will be no viewing after services.
