The family of Mr. Derrick L. Simmons announces his celebration of life services which will be held on Sunday, June 24, 2018 2:00PM at Christ Temple Church 1309 Sumner Ave. N. Charleston, SC. Interment: St. Paul UM Church-Ravenel, SC.
Mr. Simmons was proceeded in death by his mother, Ms. Rachel Simmons. He is survived by his children, Yaziah G. Simmons, Adrian McNeal (Ashante), Sha'Tajda Rivers, Eric Carter and Shandaya Gause; his father, Mr. Walter Creel; his siblings, Demetrius Simmons, Darrell Simmons, David Simmons, Marlon Creel, Jeffrey Creel, Walter Creel and Angela Buck; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing for Mr. Simmons will be on Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 3:00-6:00PM at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC.
