The family of Elizabeth Smalls invite you to her celebration of life services on Saturday, March 25, 2023 11:00AM at New Bethlehem Baptist Church 1945 Liberia Road Wadmalaw Island, SC. Interment: New Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Smalls was preceded in death by her parents, Perry Heyward, Sr. and Mattie Heyward; her husband, William "Billy" Smalls, Jr.; her siblings, Charles Heyward, James "BB" Heyward, Frank Heyward, Samuel Heyward, Mattie "Carol" Davis, Perry Heyward Jr.(Gloria), Arthur Heyward, Frederick "Herbert" Heyward; her sister-in-law, Lillie Peavy; her niece, Iyana Heyward; her nephews, Alan "Beanie" Flood, Warren Heyward, Timothy Heyward; her aunt, Corrine "Dell" Middleton; her cousins, Leo Brown, and Lorrine Smalls. Mrs. Smalls is survived by her children, Alvin Kent Smalls (Lori) and Kevin Smalls (Estelle); her sister, Lillian (Anna Mae) Heyward; nephews, Ardie Peavy, Anthony Heyward, Gregory Heyward, Clifford Heyward, Hussein Davis, Hassan Heyward, Brandon Heyward; her cousins, Henry "Hank" Brown, Charlena Shephard, Hope Smalls, Shea Porcha, Jamal Porcha, Evelyn Frasier, Nathaniel "Edward" Frasier, Rasheeda Clark, Katlyn Clark, Darius Clark, Anthony Capers (Ann) and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Mrs. Small will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 5:00PM - 7:00PM at Ollie M. Dickerson Memorial Chapel. Viewing will also be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 10:00AM - Until time of service at New Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.
