It is with sadness we announce the transition of Ms. Elouise Blake who departed this life on Monday, April 3, 2017. Residence: Hallmark Health Care Center- Summerville, SC.

Ms. Blake is the daughter of the late Mr. Henry Blake, Jr. and Mrs. Flora P. Blake; the sister of the late Ms. Janie Jamison, Mr. Harry Blake, Sr., Mr. Clarence Blake, and Mr. Henry Blake, II; the aunt to her niece and dedicated caregiver, Mrs. Hazel Grant and a host of nephews, nieces, grand and great-grand nieces and nephews.

The relatives and friends of Ms. Elouise Blake invite you to join with them as they celebrate the life of their loved one on Saturday, April 8, 2017 11:00AM at Christ Temple of Summerville 1815 Old Trolley Rd. Suite 104 Summerville, SC 29485.  Interment: Pine Hill Cemetery

Ms. Blake was 95 years old.  The family will be receiving friends at 348 Old Orangeburg Rd. Summerville, SC.
