Mrs. Brown is the widow of Mr. Matthew Brown, Sr.; the mother of Ms. Ethel “Gin” Brown, Mr. Robert K. Brown (Marylin), Ms. Isabelle Brown, and Ms. Henrietta Washington.

Mrs. Brown was 96 years old.

The relatives and friends of Mrs. Ethel Brown invite you to join with them as they celebrate the life of their loved one on MONDAY, October 19, 2015 2:00 PM at Greater St. Luke AME Church 78 Gordon St. Charleston, SC.   Interment: Church Cemetery

Mrs. Brown is survived by her children, Ms. Ethel “Gin” Brown, Mr. Robert K. Brown (Marylin), Ms. Isabelle Brown, and Ms. Henrietta Washington; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Mrs. Brown will be on SUNDAY, October 18, 2015 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC and 6:00PM-8:00PM at Greater St. Luke AME Church.  The family will receive friends from 7:00PM-8:00PM.
