Mrs. Roper –Gadson is the beloved wife of Mr. Darrell Gadson; daughter of the late Mr. Abraham and Mrs. Alice Roper ; sister of Mr. Benjamin Roper (Brenda), Ms. Peggy Thompson, Ms. Thomasina Rice, Mr. Jerry Roper (Yvette), Mr. John Roper (Toni), Mr. Abraham Roper III (Roberta)and Mrs. Miriam Washington (Sebastian); the daughter-in-law of ; of Mr.James and Mrs.Marie Lydia Gadson the sister-n-law of Mr. James Gadson III (Gwendoyln), Mr. Everette Gadson (Anquinette), Mr. Vincent Gadson (Carol), and Elmeta.

Mrs. Roper –Gadson was 43 years old

The relatives and friends of Mrs. Viola Roper-Gadson invite you to join with them in the Homegoing Celebration of their loved one on Saturday, June 27, 2015, 12:00 Noon at Greater Refuge Temple, 230 Huger Street Charleston, SC; Apostle Walter Lee Jackson, Sr. Officiating.  Entombment: Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Roper-Gadson is survived by her husband, Mr. Darrell Gadson; her siblings, Mr. Benjamin Roper (Brenda), Ms. Peggy Thompson, Ms. Thomasina Rice, Mr. Jerry Roper (Yvette), Mr. John Roper (Toni), Mr. Abraham Roper III (Roberta) and Mrs. Miriam Washington (Sebastian); her father and mother-in-law, Mr. James and Mrs. Marie Lydia Gadson; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Mr. James Gadson, III (Gwendolyn), Mr. Everette Gadson (Anquinette), Mr. Vincent Gadson (Carol) and Ms. Elmeta Gadson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
