Offering sincere condolences. I am so very sorry for the loss of your loved one. No doubt this is a very difficult time for the family. Please find comfort in knowing that soon our Heavenly Father (Psalm 83:18) will give those who have fallen asleep in death the opportunity to live again (Acts 24:15) and serve him in a world under much better conditions than what we see today. (Psalm 37:29; Rev. 21:4,5)

Dear Freddy and Family,

We are truly saddened for your loss. We know this long battle has been tough but we are so thankful the Lord gave your son wonderful parents to help him through it. We respect and admire the character you've shown and it is a great example of faith, loyalty and undying love that all can learn from. We thank God for the promise of heaven and because of that we know that we'll be together with our loved ones so much longer than we'll ever be apart. May the Lord continue to bless you, comfort you and strengthen you in your love for Him!

The hardest part of any friendship is when it's time to say goodbye. As much as we might like things to stay the same, change is an inevitable part of life. The universe may seem huge and the rift between friends on opposite side of the world may seem a great distance. There are many tools available with which we can communicate, but even without these tools there is a secret that only real friends know, and it is this. All the mountains and valleys in the world cannot separate friends whose hearts are as one.

To my family, the Jenkins family,
Young life gone but know that God makes no mistakes. God takes nothing but His own so in times such as this, lean not your own understanding, all of your ways acknowledge God and let Him direct your path. Hold to God's unchanging han. Know that God had to hurt your hearts for His will to be done. Cry if you must but remember ""weeping endures for only a night bu tjoy does come in the morning"" Cherish you memories.

To Freddie, Sr. and the Jenkins Family,

It is always a painful and tough journey when our Lord calls someone home whom we love. Freddie was and will always be very special part of your lives as well as the many lives he touched along the way. We don't always understand why God does the things He does, but no matter what He does, He is still in control and He is still God. Although there are no songs or words of comfort that can totally erase the pain, grief, anguish and sorrow that you are experiencing right now, I can tell you from first hand experience that God is a Sustainer, He is a Keeper, He is Comforter and He is a Restorer. I know this because I lost my son back in 1990 and I experienced every possible emotion that could have been felt during that time. But even in my grief and mourning, God remained faithful and true to His Word when He promised He would never leave you or forsake you. While there will be days when the tears will replace your smile and sadness may replace joy, just know Freddie is safe in The Master's arms and suffering no more. In closing, I hope you will find comfort in the following passage of scripture, ""If we live, we live for the Lord, and if we die, we die for the Lord. So whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord,"" (Romans 14:8) May God's Peace that surpasses all of our understanding along with His Grace and Mercy be with you always.
