I mourn the passing of my beloved Aunt Gladys. My fondest childhood memories weer being in Charleston with my cousins Dee Dee, Dexter and Lynette. Aunt Gladys' smile and laughter just filled the room with love and happiness. When she hugged you,, you truly felt the love.

I grieve with you, my family. Aunt Gladys will always remain in my thoughts and my heart.

Much Love,

Your Cousin Lanny

I will forever fondly remember Ms. Wilson. She was my 3rd and 4th grade teacher at Buist. An excellent Educator who poured into us and inspired us to always do our best. My sincere condolences to the family.

I met Soror Gladys when I came to Buist Elementary for my very first job, August 1976. She was a Third Grade teacher, always smiling, loving, caring and willing to mentor young teachers. Her smile, encouragement, and enthusiasm stayed with me throughout my own 35-year career as as elementary music teacher. God has a special place for teachers because of the thousands of lives that they have positively influenced throughout their careers! May Sweet Rest and Peace Be Ever Thine!

Ms.Gladys love to be driven by the water and always said she love to be by the water because her partner (husband) would take her on their boat.
