Ms. Elmore is the mother of Mrs. Tarsha Elmore-Dantzler (Andre) and the late Mr. Timothy Elmore; the mother-in-law of Mrs. Cheryl Elmore; the daughter of the late Ms. Lula Bell Heyward; the sister of Mr. George H. Elmore (Maxine), Mr. Eugene Elmore (Gwendolyn) and Mr. Ralph E. Elmore (Terri)

Ms. Elmore was 66 years.

The relatives and friends of Ms. Joe Ann Elmore invite you to join with them as they celebrate the life of their loved on Friday, March 6, 2015, 12:00 Noon at Eastside Missionary Baptist Church 584 Meeting Street Charleston, SC.  Interment: Hillcrest Cemetery-Summerville, SC.

Ms. Elmore is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Tarsha L. Elmore-Dantzler (Andre); her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Cheryl Elmore; her siblings, Mr. George H. Elmore (Maxine), Mr. Eugene Elmore (Gwendolyn), and Mr. Ralph E. Elmore (Terri); and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Ms. Elmore will be on Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 3:00PM-7:00PM at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC.  There will not be a family hour.
