The family announces the celebration of life services for Mr. Joe McNeil, Jr. which will be held on MONDAY, Oct. 16, 2017 11:00AM at Ollie M. Dickerson Memorial Chapel 4700 Rivers Ave. N. Charleston, SC. Mr. McNeil is survived by his daughter, Khala Nichole McNeil; his parents, Rev. Joe and Mrs. Sara McNeil; his siblings, Mr. Stephen Smalls (Pamela), Mrs. Stephanie Riley (Harold), and Mrs. Renarda Garrett (Johnathan); Joe is the grandson of the late John and Katie McNeil and Mrs. Estell Snipe; the nephew of Elizabeth Simmons, Carl McNeal; (Teresa), Richard Manigault, and the late Queen Davis, John McNeil, Naomi McNeil, Viola McNeil and Isaac Levine.  Viewing for Mr. McNeil will be on SUNDAY, Oct. 15, 2017 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC.
