It is with sadness we announce the transition of Mr. John H. Smalls who departed this life on Monday, April 10, 2017. Residence: 2200 Garfield Street North Charleston, SC. Mr. Smalls is the husband of Mrs. Rebecca G. Smalls; the father of Mr. John C. Smalls (Toni), Ms. Anngella Hardy, Mrs. Ingrid Smalls-Briggs (Joseph), Mrs. Theresa Smalls-Lindsay (Ardell), Mr. Lindsay M. Smalls, Mrs. Janice R. Spann (John), Mr. Harold G. Smalls (Evelyn), and the late Ms. Malita Smalls-Cotton. Mr. Smalls was 86 years old.
