Mr. Gilliard is survived by his daughter Ms. Orscha Gilliard; siblings, Ms. Ernestine Blake, Mr. Eugene Fraiser, Ms. Elizabeth Williams, Ms. Vermell Frasier, Mr. Elijah Frasier, Ms. Carolyn Ancrum, Mr. Charles Gilliard and Mr. James Gilliard and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mr. Gilliard was 60 years old and retired from the United States Air Force
