Ms. Phoenix is survived by her son, Nathan Pelzer; her parents, Sheryl Phoenix and Robert Johnson; her siblings, Makeeh Phoenix, LaToya Johnson and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing for Ms. Phoenix willl be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 from 5:00PM - 7:00Pm at Ollie M. Dickerson Memorial Chapel.
