Mr. Allen is the husband of Mrs. Barbara A. Allen; the father of Sonia, Tonia, Eric, Leroy, and Antony; the son of Mr. James and Anabel Nelson; and the brother of Mr. Joseph Brown.

Mr. Allen was 69 years old. 

The relatives and friends of Mr. Leroy Allen invite you to join with them as they celebrate the life of their loved one with a memorial service on Monday, October 20, 2014, 11AM at Ollie M. Dickerson Memorial Chapel 4700 Rivers Avenue North Charleston, SC. 

Mr. Allen is survived by his wife, Mrs. Barbara A. Allen, his children, Sonia, Tonia, Eric, Leroy, and Anthony; his parents, Mr. James and Mrs. Anabel Nelson; his brother, Mr. Joseph Brown,  and a host of other relatives and friends.
