Mrs. Franklin is widow of Mr. Gary Franklin ,mother of Mr. Calvin Kelly , Mr. Norman Douglas and Mr. James Douglas daughter of the late Mr. James Kelly and  Ms. Pearlie Mae Rawls; sister of Mrs. Clara Washington  and Ms. Martha Gibson , and a host grandchildren ,one great-grandson nieces, nephews, of other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Mrs. Franklin will be on Wednesday  June 21,2017 at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC from 4:00-7:00PM. There will not be a family hour.
