Words cannot describe the emotions I have encountered since hearing of the passing of our beloved Uncle James! He was a second father image for us and we appreciate everything that was said and done by him to help us be the persons we are today! He was always quiet and gentle with a big contagious smile! I will never forget the times he drove from his home to see me in the hospital in Orangeburg, SC and offered words of encouragement and prayed for me! I know we will miss our uncle, but he is now free of pains! He is resting in his eternal home! Well done, Uncle James! On behalf of my mother and all my siblings, we love you! Take your rest! You have earned your crown! The Woods Family

Uncle James, an uncle we have known all of our lives. You will be missed dearly by the Lee Family. There are so many great memories of Uncle James; He has attended many of our family events, always with a smile on his face. The latest is when he came to Geeleyville to share in communion with our mother. What a blessing to the family. God has used Uncle James in a lot of ways and the Lee Family was blessed to have God anointed so close!! We are not going to be selfish; To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord.

What an AWESOME person!! Words can not describe the hole in my heart. The epitome of a true LOVING Pastor, Teacher, Dedicated and Faithful man of God. His loss is deeply felt ,not just by The Antioch Missionary Baptist Church family, but by those whose lives he's impacted.
