Mr. Simmons was preceded in death by his parents; Harold and Brownie Simmons, and his brother; Lamont Simmons. Mr. Simmons is survived by his son; Ricky Simmons, his siblings; Loretta Lovell (Dave), and Regina Hall (Ron), his sister-in-law; Gail Simmons, his special aunts and uncles; Ruth Williams, Ruby Williams, Leon Williams and Peter Holman, special cousin; Steven Williams a host other relatives and friends.
