The family of Mr. William S. Rivers announces his celebration of life services which will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 11:00AM at Wallingford Presbyterian Church 707 King St. Charleston, SC. Interment: Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Viewing for Mr. Rivers will be on Friday, February 22, 2019 from 4:00-7:00PM at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC. The family will be having a reflections hour from 6:00-7:00PM.
